Each garment takes 6-7 hours to knit. The letters on the chest are sewn 1:1, with meticulous finishing and hand-picking, knotting, inspection, and random checks before proceeding to the next step. The single-sided jacquard weave results in a long knitting time, unstable wear and tear, and a high scrap rate. The pin is custom-dyed and molded to match the original pattern, distinguishing it from incorrect colors and oversized versions on the market.
