The combed process ensures a tight fiber arrangement, resulting in a smooth and refined texture. The neckline features a 32S double-yarn high-density rib knit, providing excellent resilience and shape resistance, ensuring the neckline maintains its crisp shape even after repeated wear and washing. The design utilizes environmentally friendly elastic plastisol printing technology, combining water-based environmentally friendly plastisol with a high-molecular cross-linking agent to achieve an elastic bond between the printed layer and the fabric base. This process gives the design a matte texture and vintage feel, with high tensile resilience to ensure the print doesn't crack with fabric movement. The print is soft, smooth, and free of any adhesive residue, maintaining the fabric's original breathability while giving the design a retro texture.
