Jacquard fabrics require fine yarn counts and extremely high-quality raw cotton. #Jacquard Cartoon Pattern Design A cartoon pattern is depicted on the left chest. The brand's lettering and flowers are transformed into cartoon characters, sharing a playful moment with the seasonal paper airplane element; a flip-up special effect label adorns the back. The pattern design is a faithful reproduction of the original, and the wool fabric is dyed based on the actual product. Jacquard weaving uses imported high-quality cotton yarn to create jacquard patterns through the interlacing of warp and weft threads. The fabric is woven using variations in the warp and weft structure to form the patterns, resulting in exquisite and delicate designs. Because inferior cotton yarn cannot produce such patterns, the raw cotton used is of extremely high quality. #Special softening washing process The entire washing process is monitored and inspected to prevent issues such as snagging or machine snags during rewashing. The fabric is crafted from an extremely fine woven sheet, and after special washing, it possesses a soft touch and is resistant to stretching and deformation. The overall texture is delicate and smooth, with a good sheen and excellent breathability. #Shoulder-length straight-cut top The armholes are joined to the body using a fine finishing stitch instead of direct sewing, which takes more time but results in a greater sense of detail. The yarn itself is stretchy, giving the body a drape without feeling tight or constricting. The washing process at the end of the yarn process softens the feel of the fabric while still maintaining its original crispness.
