Fabric: 32-count single-yarn double-sided fabric / 270g The main fabric is made of 32-count single-yarn double-sided fabric, woven on a high-density circular knitting machine to create a stable structure with 68 loops per inch. The heavy weight allows the fabric to maintain its sculpted silhouette without deformation during movement, and the homogeneous double-sided structure ensures a consistent and delicate texture whether worn inside out. The main design employs a three-layer composite process: the bottom layer is a custom-made yarn-dyed fabric patch cut by laser; the middle layer uses lining fabric to enhance stiffness; and the top layer uses five-color chain stitch for three-dimensional shaping. The embroidery thread is made of high-color-fastness mercerized cotton, and the dense stitching of 12 stitches per inch creates an embossed effect on the edges of the design. The color-blocking scheme was precisely calibrated using standard color threads, ensuring that the color difference between the appliqué and embroidery threads is controlled within a certain lightness level. The overall pattern is presented through subtle color gradients, creating visual depth on a deep blue base. All stitching colors are matched to the corresponding pattern areas within the same color family.
