The front is made of 100% polyester fiber, which has extremely high strength and abrasion resistance, while its low density makes the fabric very lightweight, reducing the overall burden. The sleeves and back are made of cotton blend knitted fabric. Cotton is the main material, offering skin-friendly feel, softness, and good breathability and moisture absorption, while a small amount of polyester fiber provides strong support, high strength, and good toughness, making the blended knitted fabric more wear-resistant and durable.

The front panel features a three-dimensional quilting technique, arranging the classic logo with a geometric rhythm—each stitch as precise as architectural lines, outlining a relief texture of varying depths on the matte black fabric. Embroidery machines repeatedly layer the design with a stitch density of 0.2 millimeters, creating a three-dimensional effect up close and a restrained aesthetic from afar, much like concealing the delicacy of haute couture within the clean lines of everyday life.

The ribbed cuffs and hem are knitted using a double-needle machine, creating a textured surface with clear stripes, which enhances their stretch and comfort.
