The original design was purchased for 25,000 and developed using a custom-woven cotton woven fabric with a micro-melting jacquard pattern, giving it a distinct feel from ordinary workwear on the market. The fabric has an exceptionally high hand feel. The main embroidery on the back uses matte embroidery thread dyed to match the original design, combined with a running stitch technique. The embroidery is precisely positioned using laser positioning, based on the overall dimensions of the original design, and the edges are finished with a special overlocking method. The running stitch outlines the main lines of the design, while tatami embroidery can be used to fill in the background or details. The design uses a Tajima loom with 10,000 stitches, resulting in fine, dense stitches with no white gaps. The design is clear, with strong lines and a three-dimensional feel, adding depth and richness to the overall visual space.
