- All buyers must input accurate shipping information in order placement. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.- We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page within seven (7) business days of receipt. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank. Depending on the reason of the return request, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
